ARYK privacy notice

Effective October 19, 2026 · Applies to the ARYK website, signup and subscription billing.

Information handled

Account and billing operations use your email, account identifier, selected plan, consent record, Stripe customer/subscription references, payment status and technical records needed to operate the service. Stripe hosts card entry and processes payments; this checkout does not store full card numbers in ARYK. Onboarding and connected workflows may use business profiles, customer and appointment records, communications and integration data supplied by the business.

Purpose and providers

ARYK uses this information to authenticate accounts, process and manage subscriptions, configure services, support customers, prevent misuse and maintain operational records. Service providers receive information needed for their role, including Google/Firebase for hosting and account/data services, Stripe for payments, and connected voice, messaging or email providers when those services are enabled. Their processing is also subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Optional website analytics

Where enabled, optional Google Analytics measures website visits, demo interactions and completed sales next steps only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences. ARYK does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, conversation content or booking identifiers in these measurement events. Page addresses sent by this integration omit URL query strings. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. Google processes technical usage information for this measurement under its own privacy terms. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or demonstration.

Business customer data

The subscribing business controls the purposes of its customer communications and is responsible for obtaining required permissions and providing notices. This notice does not replace the business’s own customer privacy policy. Access and integration scope must be configured before operational services are activated.

Storage and requests

Records are retained as needed to provide services, manage billing, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. Cancellation does not immediately erase billing or operational records. You can request access, correction, export or deletion; ARYK will verify your identity and explain any legal or operational limitations. No fixed deletion schedule is promised by this notice.
